♥ Babyworx does not take any responsibility for items being lost during shipping.
♥ Items cannot be exchanged or refunded should you change your mind. Please choose carefully before submitting an order.
♥ Please ensure contact is made within 3 days of receiving an item if there are any signs of damage so that arrangements can be made to have the items repaired or replaced.
♥ Refunds for any damaged items will only be provided if the item is returned in the same condition it was received and has not been used.
♥ Refunds include the cost of the item(s) alone. Shipping is non-refundable.

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please inquire for shipping rates outside of New Zealand.
For all orders within New Zealand we offer a flat shipping rate of $5 .
Shipping time frames for small orders are 1-3 business days, however sometimes we experience a high volume of orders which may push shipping to 3-5 business days. Larger orders takes 3-5 business days and can be 5-7 business days during high volume.
